Learn to protect yourself. Our eight week course in “Street-fighting for Self-Defence” is designed to teach you what you don’t know about protecting yourself or the people you love from physical violence.
This program is intended for people of all abilities, who may not be interested in studying martial arts full time, but still want to feel confident that they have an appropriate response in a bad situation.

Our convenient cyclical eight-week program is designed to be flexible to work around your busy schedule.
Pay once and receive your eight lesson punch card, attend any class at your own convenience. Classes are offered twice a week and the class cycle repeats monthly.
